A class action settlement may affect your rights if you paid Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC (“Carrington”) a fee to make a residential loan payment by telephone, including through the use of the telephonic automated “IVR” (interactive voice response) system or the internet between January 1, 2016, and December 31, 2021.

Your Legal Rights and Options in This Settlement

Do Nothing and Receive a Payment	If you were entitled under the Settlement to payment, you did not have to do anything to receive it. If, you did nothing and do not otherwise exclude yourself from the Settlement, you will automatically receive a payment and gave up your right to bring your own lawsuit against Carrington about the claims in this case.
Exclude Yourself from the Settlement Deadline: October 19, 2022	Instead of doing nothing, you may have asked to be excluded from the lawsuit. If you did so, you will receive no benefit from the Settlement, but you retained your right to sue on your own.
Object Deadline: October 19, 2022	The deadline to Object to the Settlement expired on October 19, 2022.
